Nele Brughmans lives and works in Antwerp.
Growing up close to nature and later inspired by her travels, she translates these influences into a personal visual language. Her paintings balance thick, rough textures with delicate details, capturing both energy and intimacy.
Influenced by artists such as Bram Bogart, Nils Verkaeren, and Kristof Santy, her work reflects a dialogue between nature, urban life, and the stories found in between.
